KLB2500-6L Vertical type steel plate wheel blasting machine is comprised of in-feed conveying rollers, shot blasting system, dust removing system, out-feed conveying system and electrical system etc. This equipment is mainly used to do shot blasting to steel plate to get a clean surface of Sa2.5 with certain roughness which is good for painting. By shot blasting, it can improve paint film adhesion and prolong the service of steel products.

Because the steel plate is put on roller conveyor vertically, during blasting there will be no Steel Shots accumulated on the surface plate. The blasting effectiveness is better than horizontal type steel plate Shot Blasting Machine.

The whole length of this blasting equipment is about 24mtr.s. It is controlled by PLC electrical controller.
