Fabric door is an essential equipment of dust-proof sealing and explosion proof for large sand blasting and painting workshop. Its qualities in sealing, explosion-proof, anti-typhoon, anti-earthquake and operational safety protection etc. are directly affecting the customer’s production safety and cost-effectiveness. Our fabric doors have the following unique characteristics in design and manufacturing:

● The truss structure of the vertical lift fabric door’s upper and lower cross beams and horizontal frame are optimized by design with all nodes mechanically calculated and analysed.

● The door is equipped with advance safety braking device.

● Sealing of the junction between the door and column trails is by rubber fender type structure.

● Lifting of the door is by hoist mechanism.

● Safety side door is by manual open and close structure.

● Bottom sealing of the door is by U-shaped rubber fender type structure and durable.

● The Multi-stage Protection for Safety of Lifting.

● Door: It is comprised of PVC fabric material, bottom cross beam, middle frame. The door has two layers of high strength PVC flame resistance fabrics which can bear shots hit and flame resistance.

● Drive system: it is made of reducing motor, steel rope drum, steel rope, guiding wheel and so on.

● Wind resistance: 68~75kg/m²
