Product description：KLGP300-2 steel pipe shot blasting machine from Kholee Blast China is used to clean pipes Φ300mm max in diameter. By blasting, it can remove rust, oxide layers from external surface of steel pipes.

Steel pipe Shot Blasting Machine is used to clean external surface of steel pipe, round bar, drilling rod etc. It can clean rust, oxide layers, paint film and intensify. The equipment adopts V conveying roller system or rubber wheel to delivery steel pipe. When steel pipe moves forward on conveyor, it will rotate at the same time. When steel pipe passes through blasting area, the high speed of Steel Shots will hit the surface of steel tube and do blasting. The equipment is widely used in petroleum oil & gas, steel pipe stockholders, chemical, grid engineering and boiler etc.

The equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, shot blasting chamber, blasting turbine, shots recycle system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller conveyor and electrical control system etc
