Aluminium formwork shot blasting machine is specially designed to clean the cement & concrete from aluminium formworks and widely used in concrete construction industry like bridge, dam, residence, tunnel etc. It can be used to polish the new aluminium concrete forms in manufacturing mill.

Aluminium formwork shot blasting machine is designed with wire mesh belt to transport aluminium formwork into blasting chamber. The blast wheels will do continuous blasting cleaning the concrete, rust, cement and other contaminants on surface of construction building aluminum formworks.

The equipment is comprised of in-feeding roller conveyor, Mn13 wire mesh belt, shot blasting chamber, blasting wheels, abrasives recycle system, shots clean off system, dust removing system, out-feeding roller conveyor and electrical control system etc.
